WHAT PROBLEM ARE YOU HAVING WITH YOUR WASTE?

Unibaler A/S has a solution

CARDBOARD

PLASTIC

TEXTILES

PAPER

All our waste balers can process cardboard, plastic, textiles and paper.

Always consult the instruction manual about the materials that may be used in the individual balers!

Cardboard:
Cardboard waste is typically waste packaging such as cardboard boxes, folded or broken-down material.
The use of a Unibaler cardboard baler allows you to achieve a volume reduction up to 90% by compacting cardboard waste.
To ensure the stability of finished bales, it is recommended that a layer of cardboard is placed at the bottom and the top prior to compacting smaller cardboard boxes.

Plastic:
All Unibaler waste balers can process dry soft plastic, such as stretch film, plastic packaging, carrier bags or trash bags.

Note: Expanded plastics/EPS must not be placed in Unibaler balers!

Soft plastic is very suitable for recycling, so it may be valuable. Its value depends, inter alia, on how well the plastic is sorted.

Paper:
Loose paper can be compacted very effectively in a Unibaler baler.

There is a big difference between the types of loose paper, but regardless of its form it can still be compacted.

Note: To ensure the stability of finished bales, a large piece of cardboard should be placed at the bottom and the top prior to compacting loose paper.

Textiles:
Waste materials such as clothing and textiles can take the form of shreds and recycling clothes. These fabrics can be compacted into bales, although fabrics are generally difficult to compact.

It is recommended that you select a baler with large pressing force and a strong construction.
